I needed some work done on my truck and I figured I’d give these guys a chance. First time customer. All I wanted was for them to tell me what is wrong, can you fix it, and how much? They did and I’m pleased. Also I might add, they have transportation and back up their services with a warranty. Thank you for being honest and fair. Your reviews and ratings corroborate what people are saying.

This shop does impeccable work and has such a quick turn around. We are new to the area and I’ve had a couple car issues since moving here. We’ve used Killian Auto on Lauren’s Rd twice now. They’ve fixed my AC and replaced an axel boot. Their work is thorough and their customer service between Roger and Mary was outstanding. I will continue to take my car there to go serviced and you should too!

excellent service! Had an issue with a starter ( It was a bad part, not anything to do with the labor or service). They covered The repair under warranty. We were unable to pick our car up until Saturday because we were at the beach. They accommodated us by providing our key in a lock box.

Steve Killian is the honest owner of all the locations. Two of my delivery companies have used Killians for van maintenance for years and I recently had my front end alignment done for my personal vehicle. Job was done quickly and perfectly and at an affordable price. Another shop gave me the runaround trying to sell me new parts that were not needed. Their customer service is excellent and staff is friendly. Recommended!

If I could give 10 stars I would. I love this place everyone in it is so helpful and kind. They go out of the way. The man up front gave me a ride home I think his name was Benny. He was extremely helpful, funny, & kind. I noticed that the tires themselves are extremely affordable $82 a tire. I have a lot being done to my car, however it was reasonably priced I'd say. Quite expensive but I expected that with everything I'm getting done.
